We have a range of spaces suitable to be used as offices, artist studios or for services.

Bus cafe

STUDIO / OFFICE

We have 12 light filled, self contained studios / offices within the blue house. There is a communal central seating area and shared kitchenette for use.

Studio sizes range from 4 - 25 m2. Price available on request. 

WORKSHEDS

Nine worksheds provide makers and small businesses with a flexible space to work and sell from. With makerspace/retail space at ground floor level and storage on the second floor, these pods present a great opportunity to try out new business ideas or as a first affordable retail window for existing businesses. Placed around the community yard, they create a village feeling in the middle of Wood Green.

BUS CAFE & BAR

Ludo's serve craft beers and natural wines alongside jam packed entertainment nights, such as comedy, cabaret and films throughout the week. It is the perfect destination for a unique evening out in North London.
